We brew our sake in cedar barrels that have been in use for over 120 years since our founding, and we have spared no effort and time in making the koji. We only use carefully selected domestic ingredients, visiting producers directly and observing how they are grown.

Our carefully selected, secret soy sauce is a honjozo dark soy sauce that highlights the rich aroma and richness of traditional soy sauce, and never overpowers the flavor of the main ingredients, bringing out the umami of the ingredients.
