Our yakiniku sauce uses high-quality garlic from Aomori Prefecture, which is one of the best in Japan, and high-quality ginger from Kochi Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan.

Our brewed soy sauce is used as the base of the sauce, and our homemade, naturally aged miso adds a mellow flavor.Normally, yakiniku sauces are thick and tend to overpower the flavor of the ingredients, but our yakiniku sauce brings out the flavor of the ingredients and does not leave a lingering aftertaste.

It is also an additive-free yakiniku sauce, so it is safe for children to use.
