Our yakiniku sauce uses garlic from Aomori Prefecture, which is of the highest quality in Japan, and ginger from Kochi Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan.
The sauce base is made with our brewed soy sauce, and our homemade, naturally aged brewed miso gives it a mellow flavor. Usually, yakiniku sauce is thick and tends to overwhelm the flavor of the ingredients, but our yakiniku sauce brings out the flavor of the ingredients and doesn't leave a lingering taste.
In addition, this is an additive-free yakiniku sauce, so it is safe for children to use.
