We brew our products in cedar barrels that have been in use for over 120 years since our founding, and we have spared no effort or time in making the koji. We only use carefully selected domestic ingredients, visiting producers directly and observing how they are grown. Our carefully selected, treasured soy sauce is a honjozo koikuchi soy sauce that highlights the rich aroma and richness of traditional soy sauce, never overpowering the flavor of the main ingredients and bringing out the umami of the ingredients.
