Hama Shoyu Brewery's ponzu sauce is a blend of long-aged, naturally aged soy sauce brewed in cedar barrels, ichiban dashi stock made by slowly simmering bonito from Kagoshima and konbu seaweed from Hokkaido, and Tokushima specialties such as yuzu vinegar, sudachi vinegar, yuko vinegar, and rice vinegar.

All ingredients are carefully selected domestically produced, resulting in a taste like that of an authentic Japanese restaurant.
