After thawing under running water or at room temperature, it is ready to eat.
For quicker preparation, it can also be thawed in warm water.
For hot dishes such as miso soup, soba, or udon, simply add the frozen wakame directly—no preparation needed.
Please note that adding it frozen may slightly lower the temperature of your dish.
