Our Daidai Ponzu sauce is made using our dark soy sauce, which has been aged in cedar barrels for a long time, as a base, and is made by slowly simmering thick, deep kelp from southern Hokkaido and bonito flakes, a specialty of Kagoshima Prefecture, into a first stock, followed by plenty of Tokushima-grown daidai juice, resulting in a ponzu sauce full of the aroma of daidai.

Orange juice has a mild sourness and a subtle sweetness among citrus fruits, so it is recommended even for those who do not like the sourness of vinegar. All ingredients are carefully selected domestically produced.

Of course, it goes well with hotpot, It is also recommended as a soy sauce for seared bonito, salads, gyoza, grilled fish, tofu, and meat dishes . Please give it a try.
