Our yuzu ponzu sauce is made using our store's long-aged dark soy sauce brewed in cedar barrels as a base, and is made by carefully simmering thick, rich-flavored kelp from southern Hokkaido and bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture as the first stock, and then using plenty of yuzu juice from Tokushima Prefecture to create an authentic ponzu sauce.
All ingredients are carefully selected domestically produced.
It can be used as an accompaniment for hot pot, as well as for cold tofu, gyoza, salads, grilled meat, seared bonito, etc. Please try our yuzu ponzu sauce, which has a rich flavor and a full yuzu aroma that does not require any refilling.
