Our Sudachi Ponzu sauce is made using our dark soy sauce, which has been aged in cedar barrels for a long time, as a base, and is made by slowly simmering thick, deep kelp from southern Hokkaido and bonito flakes, a specialty of Kagoshima Prefecture, into a first stock, and then using plenty of Sudachi juice from Tokushima to create a ponzu sauce full of the aroma of Tokushima Sudachi.

Sudachi juice has a gentle fragrance and is one of the citrus fruits that represent Tokushima. Adding the fragrance of sudachi to any ingredient will whet your appetite. This ponzu soup has an excellent compatibility between the gentle fragrance of sudachi and carefully selected dashi.

All ingredients are carefully selected domestically produced.

In addition to being a great accompaniment for hotpot, sudachi is a citrus fruit that goes well with anything, so it is also recommended as a soy sauce to drizzle on fish, tofu, and meat dishes. Please give it a try.
