We create powerful raw koji over three days in a koji-making room. Try the power of koji by using it to make miso, amazake, and shio koji, the source of fermentation.
*This product will be delivered by refrigerated delivery, so a refrigerated delivery fee of 440 yen will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
