This miso is made by fermenting Koshihikari rice in a room for three days, combining it with sweet domestic whole soybeans and sea salt from Nagasaki.Then, it is naturally aged for over 10 months and mixed with domestic ingredients to create a miso that is slowly kneaded in small amounts over a long period of time.Finally, it is mixed with fragrant natural yuzu juice harvested in Katsuura Town, Tokushima Prefecture.

It is a sweet miso with a hint of yuzu aroma.
