Special Secret Soy Sauce 360ml

We brew in cedar barrels that have been in use for over 120 years since our founding, and we spare no effort in making the koji. We only use domestic ingredients that we have personally visited the producers to see how they are grown.

Our carefully crafted, secret soy sauce is a honjozo dark soy sauce that highlights the rich aroma and full-bodied flavor of traditional soy sauce, and does not overpower the taste of the main ingredient, but rather brings out the umami of the ingredients.
