This miso is made by fermenting Koshihikari rice in a room for three days, combining it with sweet domestic whole soybeans and sea salt from Nagasaki.The natural fermented miso is then aged for over 10 months, and is then slowly kneaded in small amounts using domestic ingredients.Fragrant natural yuzu juice from Katsuura Town, Tokushima Prefecture is then added to the mix.

It is a sweet miso with a hint of yuzu.
