Hama Shoyu Brewery's ponzu sauce is made by blending long-aged, naturally aged soy sauce brewed in cedar barrels with dashi dashi made by slowly simmering bonito from Kagoshima and ma kelp from Hokkaido, as well as Tokushima specialties such as yuzu vinegar, sudachi vinegar, yuko vinegar, and rice vinegar.
All ingredients are carefully selected domestically produced, resulting in a taste that is on par with that of an authentic Japanese restaurant.
